I probably spent close to 6-8 hours updating all the drawings, cutting them out on paper, taping the paper to the panel, drilling the holes, and cutting out the material.įor cutting I HIGHLY recommend using a Dremel with a cutoff wheel - see the tools section. You pick a weak material and it will break in half on you before you are done. you make a bad cut on the panel and it's going to look bad. SO - pick a material that isn't going to break before you finish your work. You are going to have a LOT of work making all of the cuts, drilling the holes and fitting each of the panels into the overall panel.
